Position Information:
- The Technical Support Consultant is part of the European Services Team
with the opportunity to work in a variety of environments from client support,
training and project implementation
- In addition, the Technical Support Consultant will be in a position to
develop their technical skills in all of the Company’s proprietary software
products
Job Purpose:
- Provide support to customers in the implementation and application of
Company products through the development of expertise and the delivery of
product education, technical support, problem solving and participate in
project delivery services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Qualified Mining Engineer
- Degree Qualified Geologist
- Degree Qualified Surveyor
DESIRABLE
- Additional qualifications in Commence; Information Technology; or
Teaching
- Due to increase business in the Balkans and North Africa, additional
Slavic or French language skills are desirable
- 0 to 3 years working experience in a mining or technical environment
- Use of mining software in a technical capacity, including an exposure to
mine planning software
