Senior Geologist

We require an experienced Senior Geologist to manage the geological programme to ensure that Solid Energy’s North Operation coal resources are known to a defined confidence level for mine planning, resource acquisition and business planning.

Applicants must have:
·         A BSc in Earth Sciences
·         Experience in mapping, drilling, tunnelling and general geological data acquisition methods
·         Experience in coal mining geology, coal quality and utilisation
·         Experience in drill programme management
·         Be proficient at geological modelling techniques
