Processing Team Leader

Our Client is currently the world's largest gold mining company.
The company currently has a portfolio of 27 mining operations, many advanced exploration projects located across five continents and a large land position on the world's most prolific and prospective mineral trends.
They are currently looking for an experienced Processing Team Leader to join one of their most interesting processing plants.
Key responsibilities of this role include;
· Leading a small team of 7 people across all sections of plant operations, including Crushing, Two Stage Milling circuit (Sag & Ball Mill), Flotation, Leaching, Roasting, Filtration and Paste Plant circuits
· Ensure operating targets are attained
· Liaising with maintenance personnel to ensure general plant maintenance schedules are achieved
· Develop, implement and enforce working procedures to ensure your team maintains high levels of safety and environmental management in the operating environment
To be successful in this role you must possess;
· Have several years experience in processing plant operations, including experience in supervisory roles, relief or leading hand duties
· Demonstrated ability to use your leadership skills to improve safety and continuous improvement processes so that production targets are achieved
· Excellent communication skills
· Be an active team player in the Processing department
