Our client, an international mining organisation is looking to build upon the strength of the CHPP team at one of their existing operations. As a result, we are seeking applications from experienced CHPP Superintendent's to come on board and join the team.

Reporting directly to the CHPP Manager your key duties will include but not limited to:
· Offer guidance and leadership to staff and contractors within the CHPP.
· Oversee production, quality, supervision and maintenance of pit to port functions to optimise yield.
· Liaise with relevant department heads in relation to logistics management.
· Take charge of costs and budgets whilst discovering actions to increase efficiency.
· Ensure employee and contractor safety is paramount - tool box talks, hazard inspections, developing safety systems etc. while exhibiting an absolute commitment to safe work methods.
To be successful within this role you will need:
· A minimum of 2 years within a CHPP Management role
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills
· The ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
· A strong results driven safety focus
· Fixed plant operational expertise working within a coal or mineral processing plant
· An applicable engineering degree would be advantageous
