We are delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity within a well regarded Queensland Coal organisation. Our client, a highly recognised coal producer has an existing requirement for a Junior Environmental Engineer to join their supportive [Location] based team.

Reporting directly to the Environmental Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
· Design and implement water management systems.
· Carry out environmental monitoring and rehabilitation.
· Supervise compliance with environmental policies and relevant legislative requirements.
· Encourage appropriate environmental attitudes and practices with employees and contractors.
· Monitoring and reporting on environmental systems across the sites.
· To be successful in this role you must have
· Tertiary qualifications in an Environmental discipline.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· A high level of self motivation and enthusiasm.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to the environment.
