Soon to be relocating to a brand new, state of the art, 100,000 square foot, climate controlled facility in Barrie, Ontario, we play an integral role in the booming mining industry. We design and manufacture customized metal fabrications built to the specifications of our A-level customers. At Jebco we are committed to providing a complete single source solution. Our experience in the custom manufacture of specialized process equipment for Mining, Water Treatment and Petrol Chemical industries includes installation, commissioning and repair services. 

We are currently looking for an experienced, high energy individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills to fill the position of Engineering/Planning Manager.  The selected candidate will report directly to the Plant Manger and be part of our top performing team.  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits.  Jebco Industries Inc. is currently located in Innisfil, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and Coordinating projects on an on-going basis with weekly follow-up with management team
• Preparation of complete estimate proposals encompassing welding, fitting, assembly, painting and freight.
• Defining Scope of Work for major projects
• Performing work using applicable standards and appropriate 2-D and 3-D computer aided design (CAD)
• Interfacing with procurement, fabrication, operations, project management and all levels of management

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• Ability to balance interdepartmental responsibilities to ensure successful completion of projects from point of sale to commissioning
• Ability to recognize problems, take action and assist in the required solutions
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and co-workers
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish an asset
