Process Sales Engineer

JEBCO Industries Inc. is a dynamic and growing company that's on the move. Soon to be relocating to a brand new, state of the art, 100,000 square foot, climate controlled facility in Barrie, Ontario, we play an integral role in the booming mining industry. We design and manufacture customized metal fabrications built to the specifications of our A-level customers. At Jebco we are committed to providing a complete single source solution. Our experience in the custom manufacture of specialized process equipment for Mining, Water Treatment and Petrol Chemical industries includes installation, commissioning and repair services. 

We are currently looking for an experienced, high energy individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills to fill the position of Engineering/Planning Manager.  The selected candidate will report directly to the Plant Manger and be part of our top performing team.  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits.  Jebco Industries Inc. is currently located in Innisfil, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and qualifying sales prospects
• Preparing proposals and price estimates
• Submitting and following up on proposals
• Leading customer consulting projects
• Prospecting for new clients and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Professionally managing sales activities in order to meet sales objectives and metrics
• Primary point of contact for field results on all projects

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Engineering Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 4 years experience with process equipment in the mining, petro-chemical or water treatment sectors
• Experience in analyzing technical specifications along with a strong analytical/customer orientation
• Ability to work under pressure to submit quotations within the indicated time frame
• Willingness to be on-call on high levels of customer organizations
• Strong presentation, computer, and verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of general fabrication procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and co-workers
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish an asset
