Senior Metallurgist

G & T Metallurgical Services is a busy and growing mineral processing testing facility based in beautiful Kamloops, BC. We are currently seeking a senior metallurgist/mineral processing engineer with between five to ten years of work experience.

The successful candidate for this role should have the following capabilities:

• Good communication skills both orally and written
• A significant portion of this position will involve writing technical reports.
• About five to ten years of work experience, preferably with at least half of that time at an operating mineral processing facility.
• It is preferable that this experience may cover a range of mineral processing flowsheets.
• It is important that the successful candidate be well organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Project management will also be a significant task within the role of Senior Metallurgist.
• We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with our clients and our employees
• Teamwork skills are an essential requirement for carrying out this role.
