Exploration Geologist

Our Client is currently seeking an Exploration Geologist to join their team.
Requirements of this role are:
Candidate will require a suitable Geology degree and 2 -10 years experience in exploration and/or mine geology with exploration component.
Skills/experience needed:
· GIS (MapInfo used on site, but ArcView experience acceptable
· Database management (Access used on site)
· Experience in Surpac an advantage
· Management of drilling programs, geophysical surveys and geochemical data
Responsibilities will encompass:
· Management and supervision of RC and diamond drill rigs
· Logging of drill sample, sample submission, review and interpretation
· Data management and reporting
· Assist with regional exploration activity including data assessment, mapping, interpretation, tenement management and reporting
· Management of geophysical or geochemical programs
