I have a number of clients who have urgent requirements for Electrical Engineers to join their existing team of Multi Disciplined Engineers, Designers and Drafters. They are after an Electrical Engineer who can specialise in Electrical generation, transmission and distribution & Instrumentation.
What their after:
· Design and development of Equipment
· Preparation of specifications and design calculations
· Reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data
· Preparation or review of material quantity estimates
· Interpretation and preparation of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, surveys structures, systems and/ or equipment
· Engineering proposals
What they are looking for:
· Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer (5-10 years+ preferred)
· Degree qualified
· Previous Mining & Minerals experience preferred but not essential
· Strong technical knowledge (Switchboards and Instrumentation layouts)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
