Responsibilities:
You will act as technical resource for challenging plant support/maintenance projects. This will include scope definition, developing equipment specifications, estimate support, design supervision and planning and interaction with other disciplines.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering combined with 6 to 10 years related experience and be registered or eligible for registration with APEGGA. Advanced knowledge in stress analysis (vessels, piping, FEA, etc.) combined with a generalized knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equipment is required. Familiarity with Caesar and Algor software is an asset.
Positions are based in Edmonton and candidates must be willing to travel to Fort McMurray as required.
