Our client is a large, diversified mining group who operate a number of mines throughout Western Australia. They have a strong financial position and proven returns from existing mines and plans are in place to expand through extensions to existing sites and introduction of new mines via exploration/acquisition.
We have a new position for a Training Officer to work at one the group's existing operations. The role will cover a broad range of training requirements and will work as part of a wider Training & Development Group. A Certificate IV in Training & Assessing will be required and recent experience in delivering a range of training programmes within a mining environment will be essential.
The role is offered on a 9:5 FIFO roster and will attract an above-average salary or day rate. The company will consider people for contract or permanent work although an immediate start would be prefered.
