Our client is one of the worlds leading coal producers adding value to Australia and the world. Having extensive coal mining interests and prospects across the country. Delivering sustainable business returns and growth to shareholders through providing quality tonnes to customers through working closely with the community.
Reporting to the Project Superintendent you will ensure the planning and provision of electrical engineering support to the mine. Apply best practice project management services ensuring optimal equipment availability through quality plant installations and commissionings.
Provide technical advice to the maintenance to the maintenance and production teams. Ensure appropriate materials, equipment are organized prior to execution of projects. Audit project work to ensure it is completed in accordance with the set strategy and safety standards. Collaborate with line superintendents to implement changes that will improve the contribution of equipment to development and production.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your electrical engineering degree and several years of electrical experience in an underground mine.
