We are currently seeking Several Exploration Geologists for positions in the [Location] with one of our Iron Ore blue chip mining clients who offer industry leading safety records and excellent working conditions.
Our client is seeking Geologists for the large number of exploration projects they have running using both RC Drill Rigs and Diamond Drill Rigs. The roles will be operating on a Fly-in Fly-Out, 9 days on 5 days off, as well as a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster, [Location]. Opportunity to earn Frequent Flyer points by going to work.
Candidates should hold a degree in Geology, Applied Science or a related discipline, with post-graduate study highly regarded. A minimum of 2-5 years Geology experience with Iron Ore is preferred, however Graduates will also be considered.
Other criteria for these positions include;
Essential
· Demonstrated working knowledge of RC or Diamond Core Drill Rigs
· Strong computer skills, working knowledge Vulcan an advantage.
· Able to pass police clearance
· Strong commitment to Health and Safety work practices
· Enthusiastic attitude and strong team focus
Whilst Iron Ore experience is preferred those who have worked with other materials are still encouraged to apply.
