• This position will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefit and Organizational Development.

The candidates should possess:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Management
• 5 years HR experience in managerial position.
• Hands on in compensation & benefit, organizational development and job evaluation.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity.
