CNC Machine Operator

My client is seeking a CNC Machine Operator with experience in
custom-engineered powder metallurgy products.
- Operate CNC machines, work with programmer as needed.
- Reviews part prints and engineering specifications to determine correct
machining.
- Prepares pre-production parts through first particle inspection and
performs production operations as required.
- Advise and consult with manager/supervisor and machinists to determine
best approach and requirements to manufacture parts.
- Programs computer for multiple operations and production parts and other
components.
- Trains productions operators, monitors productions quality and quantities
and provides feedback to operate and supervisor.
- Maintains machining procedures records, directs and participates in
machine maintenance.
- Math and dimensional measuring skills commensurate with machining
operation
