Land Surveyor - Survey Manager

An established Civil Engineering firm specializing in Transportation, Surveying, Public Works and Private developments is in search of an experienced Land Surveyor. They have been in business for over 50 years and have several offices throughout the Bay area and Sacramento. The firm offers incredible stability, excellent benefits and is looking for serious, career oriented Surveyors. REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years progressive experience in land surveying
• Must have 4 years as a California PLS 
• Transportation surveying experience & CALTRANS projects preferred
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, LDD
• Experience with Right-of-Way Engineering
• Boundary surveys & construction staking
• Mapping experience including tract maps, parcel maps, ALTA & TOPO’s
• Knowledge of GPS surveying – processing surveying data
• Excellent communication skills required
