Driller Assistant

• While these positions require hard work and long hours, Driller’s Assistants are compensated very well. These positions require travel from 2 to 4 weeks at a time, but upon return employees receive 1 to 2 weeks off. These positions usually promote to Driller positions very quickly
• Assistants can expect to work around 70 hours during work weeks which results in high amounts of overtime pay. Additionally, per-diem is paid to employees while on the road
• Our clients usually prefer at least 6 months of experience on a drill rig, but will occasionally consider inexperienced candidates
