Our client, a successful and rapidly
growing mining company is seeking a dedicated receptionist / office assistant
to join their team.
- The role of receptionist / office
assistant is a key function within the company. Working closely with the
management team you will be responsible for keeping the office running
smoothly
- This will include taking incoming calls, greeting visitors, dealing
with couriers, managing inventory, taking responsibility for ordering and stock
levels, booking travel, organizing appointments and meetings, taking care of
the kitchen, and a range of administrative tasks.
- This challenging position will suit
someone with a strong “go-getter” attitude
- You should be able to work with a
strict sense of confidentiality, have proficient use with the Microsoft Office
Suite, and be very resourceful
- This fast-paced, ever changing environment
means that you should be flexible and able to roll with the punches!
