Resource Geologist

Our Client is Australia’s fourth largest ASX-listed gold producer. The Company currently operates in the Goldfields and is planning to develop a project in Queensland.
Our Client's mine has a 3M oz resource and 3 Mtpa CIP plant capable of producing more than 150,000 oz of gold per year. They plan to augment this with 50,000 oz of gold annually from a tailings re-treatment operation at Mount Morgan.
Our Client also has active gold, copper and coal exploration projects. Further strategic acquisitions are planned in order to build a major mining company.
They are currently looking for a Resource Geologist with a minimum of 2yrs experience in:
· Modelling of Archaean Gold deposits
· Modelling of Porphyry hosted low grade disseminated gold deposits or Structurally controlled
· High grade gold deposits eg hydrothermal or epithermal vein systems
· Ideally have experience using either Datamine or Surpac software and be familiar with GS3 software.
· Does not need to a registered or competent person, will need to be familiar with JORC reporting guidelines
