One of Australia’s leading base metal operations is seeking the services of an experienced and enthusiastic Ore Processing professional.
Reporting to the Ore Processing Manager you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of technical, operational and maintenance support to the ore processing operations. Your key accountabilities will include deputizing for the Ore Processing Manager in their absence as well as looking to step up into that managerial role in the future.
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering and have extensive postgraduate mineral processing experience.
You will have budgeting and cost reporting experience, exposure to maintenance implementation and planning, excellent communication skills both verbal and written combined with a strong computer literacy. Moreover, you will preferably have experience in copper flotation, backfill and tailings dam.
This is a permanent residential role in a friendly NSW town with good facilities and access to large regional centres. A competitive remuneration package is offered, including subsidised housing, relocation, salary sacrifice and more.
