Underground Training Officer

· Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
· Exp in Work place training
· Senior First Aid and Mine workers health Surveillance
You will play an integral role in maintaining a safe underground workplace, including providing advice on safety issues and assisting management with providing realistic training plans for employees.
You will be required to assist in the implementation of and adherence to safety procedures matching company requirements.
You will also assist safety staff and management by providing training in development and implementation of:
· Job hazard Analysis
· Safe work Procedures
· Hazard and Incident reporting
· Developing operational skills
· Improving equipment performance
It is essential that you possess knowledge in the operation of underground mining equipment.
