This is your opportunity to join an international mining company with both operating mines and promising tenements in Western Australia's goldfields region. This top tier mining company has a successful history of discovery and development of some of the most significant gold deposits ever found in WA.
They have an immediate requirement for an Exploration Geologist to join their small but friendly geology team, working at one of there operating sites in order to further develop the near mine opportunities.
In this highly autonomous role you will report to the Exploration Manager and play a key role in the development of exploration programs, coordinating a small geology team for data collection and reporting, and analysis/interpretation of results.
This is an ideal role for an Exploration Geologist looking to work on a family friendly 8/6 FIFO roster but have a significant input into the continued development of an interesting ore body. It will allow you to develop your technical skills and enhance your career in the heart of WA's booming mining industry.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
· A relevant Geology/Earth Science degree
· Strong work ethic and high motivation levels
· Desire to grow and develop their skills
· Ability to work autonomously
· Provide leadership and make a positive contribution to the technical team
