To take advantage of the complexity of this operation, you would be expected to have a Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering degree, and at least 4 + years plant based operational experience.
Responsibilitie would include:
· Mentoring junior Metallurgists
· Provision of technical support to operations
· Auditing daily, weekly and monthly metallurgical accounting
· Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance, technical and variance issues
· Analysing and modelling of plant performance data
