[Company] leads the world in the mining, production and export of a range of commodities and is intent on driving its long term growth through the implementation of a vigorous and targeted exploration program globally. With exciting career opportunities both globally or within Australia, there is the ability to move between commodities and between brownfield and greenfield teams in future.

An exciting partnership with [Company] [Mine] in QLD, means the exploration team will play a key role in the generation and testing of high potential lead, zinc and silver targets in the area.

Opportunities on this team include a number of permanent Geology roles, offered on an attractive 8/6 FIFO roster.

Your work will be focused on the design, implementation and supervision of drilling programs to generate new targets, integrating and assessing a large amount of geological data to create 3D geological models.

With a tertiary qualification in Geology you will have experience in either exploration or mine site roles. Experience in any commodity will be considered, although experience in base metals is highly regarded. Experience with Arcview, Arcmap and Datamine or similar is required. In addition, you will be a committed team player with analytical strength, sound judgment and the ability to effectively extrapolate information. An absolute commitment to rigorous HSEC standards is also required.
