Our client is a results-focused provider of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management services to the mining, minerals processing and energy industries.
A major client has appointed our client as the EPCM consultant for a significant Greenfield project. The Project includes a major expansion of a network of mines and will deliver a new port, 200km of rail, 7 mines and various infrastructures.
Our client is seeking an outstanding Engineering Manager to lead and manage the development of all engineering and design disciplines. This position will be involved with multiple studies and projects undertaken from [Location] and will frequently interface with all project-based and functional engineering management, as well as their own engineering team leads.
To be successful in this position you will be an accomplished Engineering Manager with:
· At least 10 years experience in large resource projects
· Initiative and highly developed leadership skills
· Ability to build strong business relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders
· Advanced technical report writing skills and tender proposal experience are essential to this role
· The ability to review the reports of others
· The flexibility to undertake frequent travel is also considered a prerequisite for this position
