professional to serve as a Senior Quality Control Leader.

Job Qualifications:
- Practical knowledge of ASME
& AWS Codes and Standards
- CWI certified
- 5+ years experience in the
preparation of ASME Code Packages, Procedure Qualification Records, Welding
Procedure Specifications and Welder Performance Qualifications as well as the
administration and documentation of Welder Qualification Tests.
- Must be able to technically
review supplier CMTR’s and COC’s to assure compliance when applicable.
- Possess effective written
and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Physical requirements:
- Ability to freely move
about
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Walking, climbing, bending,
kneeling, sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Go out into field
Duties and Responsibilities
include but aren’t limited to:
- Field supervision,
personnel training, on-site welder performance qualification testing, heat
treatment, filler metal control, filler metal issue and maintenance of required
documentation.
- Provide technical direction
as well as guidance to the welding personnel for proper application and control
of special processes.
- Effectively manage and
track multiple projects, proactively resolve issues and remove barriers in a
timely manner
- Confidently communicate
with staff and customers and act in a professional manner when interfacing with
customers
- Overnight travel will be
required, sometimes for 1-2 weeks at a time.
- Other job duties as
assigned by management
