Environmental Scientist

Our client, a successful engineering firm in the Dallas metropolitan area, is in search of a degreed Environmental Scientist / Planner specializing in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document preparation primarily related to transportation projects

• Candidates for this position should have a working knowledge of TX DOT procedures and NEPA requirements for preparing CE, EA, and EIS documents
• The successful candidate MUST have excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
• This position REQUIRES a B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Sciences or a related field (Master s degree is a plus), a minimum of 4-8 years of relative experience, knowledge of NEPA, and an understanding of Texas state and local agency practices
