Trainer Campsites

Ensure that all project personnel are trained in their job responsibilities, understand and comply with company policies and procedures and work in accordance with the MSHA/OSHA

Regulations.

• Coordinate the employee sign on and site orientation of all Cementation and sub contractor employees. Ensure that new employees meet all the MSHA/OSHA Regulations and the Cementation Canada Safety Management System and site hiring criteria before commencing work.
• Based on the requirements of the Ontario Common Core Modules for Underground Hard Rock Mining, ensure that all employees meet the requirements to be certified in the work they are performing.
• Regularly monitor the workforce to ensure that employees are trained and certified to do the work they are performing and ensure that training and certification is provided in areas where workers require training or retraining.
• Maintain a record of employee training and certification ensuring that programs such as First Aid
• Training, CPR Training and WHMIS are renewed as required and forwards all required training records to North Bay to ensure registration with appropriate agencies.
