Metallurgist for an Open Die Forging Operation.
Description:
- Audits work performance of various departments.
- Generates weekly, monthly and annual evaluation reports for
various departments.
- Oversees new and experimental parts to prove process.
- Supervises the Testing Lab with four employees.
- Provides technical support for the sales department on new
orders and interpretation of customer specifications.
- Gives technical advice to the heat treat department.
- Coordinates aspects of ISO 9000 Quality Program.
