Open Pit Operation, the Mine Superintendent
will provide leadership, guidance & coaching to the operation's and mining
Contractors
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Mine planning & engineering requirements
on current & future excavations; directing planning, surveying, rock
mechanics, geology, equipment selections, project control and cost control;
preparation of operating & capital budgets, and promotion of safe work and
environmental procedures
- You will be a high impact Mining
Superintendent, maintaining a high standard of consistency & credibility,
relationship building with excellent communication skills
- You will possess an Engineering Degree,
preferably with a major in mining, and 8 years management experience
