Mine Operations Supervisor- Team Leader

Our client has an immediate
opening for a Mine Operations Supervisor- Team Leader. In this role you
will report to the Superintendent of Mine Operations, and you will be
responsible for front line team leaders to safety maximize daily production.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide leadership
by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and coaching front line team
leaders to excel in the areas of safety, production, cost control and quality
- Develop and maintain
effective relationships with the Mine Technical Services and Maintenance teams
to optimize the weekly production plan
- Develop standards and
processes to improve team productivity and work practices
Qualifications:
- Min of 5 years of
demonstrated leadership in an open-pit mine
- A Degree in Mine
Engineering or a related engineering discipline
