We are currently assisting our client, an established Australian mining company, in their search for an Underground Mine Surveyor. You will join the Technical Services Department at our client’s premier metalliferous operation in Central NSW.
Specific tasks will include but will not be limited to:
· Marking out of diamond drill holes, blast hole collars and cable bolt collar rings
· Assist with the completion of an accurate end of month physicals report to the Manager of Mining
· Complete surface surveys as requested
To be successful in this role you will possess:
· Degree or Associate Diploma qualifications in Surveying
· 1 + years post graduate experience (preferably within underground mining)
· Well developed computer skills
