Our Client is a well-funded exploration company with 3yrs of mining experience in Tajikistan.

The company is looking for an experienced diesel mechanic with knowledge and expertise of heavy mobile equipment to join this project, operating at an altitude of 4000m.

• You will be a trade-tested, journeyman or diesel mechanic with extensive earthmoving and heavy equipment maintenance experience – this role will require a hands-on mechanic as there is local support but the sites are quite isolated.
• Ideally with 7-15 years of military, construction or mining experience
• Tools will be supplied
• you should have experience on Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, etc.
• You will need a drivers license to operate a fully-equipped service truck on main roads.
• Ideal personnel would; Warrant officers out of REMI, experienced cold-weather diesel mechanics, construction maintenance technicians
• You will need experience of working in the FSU and at altitude.
