Senior Caline Production Supervisor
QMAG is seeking a Senior Calcine Production Supervisor to join our production team at our process plant at Parkhurst. This is an exciting career opportunity where you can expand your supervisory and leadership skills as a result of QMAG's $42m expansion of its magnesia packaging and bulk processing facilities in Rockhampton.

This is a key customer focused position which reports to the Production Superintendent where your primary responsibility is to ensure external orders are produced in a safe and quality focused manner. As a key member of the senior production team, it is expected that you will possess an ability to build, develop and maintain a good team culture in a shift orientated environment to help meet your department's KPI's.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in a mining or manufacturing environment at a minimum Supervisory level. Good computer literacy, a flexible approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement would be considered essential for this position.
