Our client is an emerging Toronto Stock Exchange listed gold producer with a significant resource base in the Northern Territory, and exceptional prospects for the future.
The company is set to ramp up gold production in excess of 250,000 ounces per annum over the next 2 years and it is on their behalf that we are seeking to appoint high caliber individuals to key roles in two of their Northern Territory based operations.
Leading a team of professionals your key duties will include:
· Management of daily mining activities and safety performance
· Daily and monthly reporting on the mine activities
· Drive business improvement initiatives
· Management and leadership of staff and alliance partner
In these leadership roles, you will lead and mentor a group of skilled technical personnel whilst maintaining an ambitious policy of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will preferable be a Mining Engineer with 7+ years experience or somebody who has moved through the ranks and held similar positions. Preference will be given to candidates with strong computer literacy, results driven approach and previous room and pillar experience.
