Mining Geologist

Our client is a currently seeking to hire a Mining Geologist for their
Kapuskasing, Ontario location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Day to day
quality control for mine and/or mill feed
- Geological
and block modeling
- Bench level
plans
- Sampling data
collection
- Daily
interaction with mining and drilling contractors
- Analyze
extraction performance
- Develop
annual exploration program
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor
degree in Geology or equivalent
- 1 –5 years
mining experience
- Mine planning
software experience (i.e. Surpac or other)
Salary: 80 – 88K + full benefits, relocation package available
(depending upon experience)
