Process Engineer

Our client company is a global leader in a number of market segments
with annual revenue of nearly $9 Billion, over 7600 employees and facilities in
over 30 countries. The Salt Lake City manufacturing
facility has been in operation since 1988, employs approximately 75 people,
operates autonomously and has never had a major layoff.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Resides in or within a commutable distance to Salt Lake City
- B.S. degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related
engineering discipline.
- Past experience working in a blue-collar plant, processing, manufacturing
or construction environment.
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with material handling, mechanical equipment and process
control instrumentation.
- Willingness to work approximately 5 weekends (or partial weekends) per
year and travel 2-3 weeks per year.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- P.L.C. Programming (Allen-Bradley a plus)
- CAD experience (SolidWorks).
- MS Project or other project management software.
