General Maintenance Foreman

Description:
- To provide complex technical support to the electrical / maintenance
team
- To follow established policies, practices and procedures when completing
work assignments
- To provide work direction to the electrical / maintenance team
- To maximize operational efficiencies, safety, and profitability to
cultivate exceptional stakeholder and employee satisfaction
- To develop budget, forecasts, and strategic plans for the maintenance
function
- To establish controls to ensure the reporting of accurate cost and
availability data.
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering degree preferred
- Licensed electrician designation strongly suggested
- 5 - 8 years of related work experience
- Experience managing employees
- Complete understanding of mine and maintenance operations
