Senior Mining Geologist

John T. Boyd Company, an International mining and geological consulting
firm is seeking an experienced mining geologist for a full-time position at our
Pittsburgh Headquarter office.
General Requirements:
- A minimum a Bachelors degree in Geology, with a Registered Geologist
certification.
- At least 7 years of mining industry experience preferably in coal and
industrial minerals.
- Excellent Project Management skills as well as interpersonal skills, initiative,
and strong technical
- report writing capabilities.
- Candidates must be disciplined and self-motivated.
- Previous consulting experience a plus.
- Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office business software
applications.
- Current working knowledge of geoscience data management and modeling
packages.
