Prime contractor to the US Army Corps of Engineers seeks project
managers to oversee construction projects throughout Afghanistan. Projects range
from $5-50M and include new construction, renovations, military camps and barracks
at US and NATO bases, embassies and new sites. Responsibilities include overall
management, project organization, set up, implementation and control, selection
and supervision of local subcontractors, managing stakeholders, and reporting
to senior management.
- Minimum requirements: engineering or construction management degree, 10
years construction experience, previous management responsibility and authority
on projects in range of $10-25M or higher, and fluent English.
- Prior experience in Afghanistan highly valued.
