Welding Supervisors

• Ensuring effective utilisation of capital equipment within a cell environment
• Cell development - including developing people, processes and implementing improvements
• Improving standards relating to health and safety, quality and the environment
• Have experience of managing small teams, and should be able to demonstrate the ability to provide feedback to individuals and groups
• Have previous weld experience within a manufacturing organization, ideally demonstrating lean principles.
• Be able to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization both written and orally as required
