Supervising Mining Engineer

Qualification:
- You
will have a BSc or MSc in geology, applied geology, mining geology or related.
Experience:
- It
is essential that you have a proven working background in engineering which
will ideally include prior experience of designing surface and underground
drainage works.
Duties:
- Supervision of underground
mine remediation; concrete pours, construction trials, shotcrete placement
- Preparation of mine
condition assessments and technical reports
- Reviewing contract method
statements
- Ensuring technical
compliance
- Analysis and forecasting of
infill quantities
- Exploration and resource
evaluation of mine sites
- Design of surface and
underground drainage
- Verification of works
