SRK Consulting (UK) Ltd is based in Cardiff, Wales - Europe's youngest capital city. We offer a variety of interesting and challenging projects working from a capital city location. Many of our projects are of an international nature and utilise SRK's international consulting network.

• Successful applicants will be competent in the use of computerised mine planning tools such as Whittle, Mine 2/4D, GEMCOM/SURPAC and Vulcan and have experience in mine optimisation, pit design, equipment selection, production scheduling, and opex and capex estimation.
• Excellent communication, technical report writing and project management skills, together with a high level of numeracy, are essential.
• This position involves working in multi-disciplinary teams on a wide range of global projects and commodities, including feasibility studies and due diligence mandates. Overseas travel forms a large part of the role and knowledge of a foreign language would therefore be an advantage.
