Job Description:
· Co ordination with Quality ontrol department, for day to day, weekly and monthly raw material supply demand.
· Manpower planning, skill inventory control and regulating distribution of manpower resources for various mining and plant activities.
· Organizing, drilling and blasting programmes, measuring ground vibration levels and ensuring safety compliance in mines and nearby villages.
· Optimizing productivity through assessment of equipment performance, optimum deployment of mining equipment, minimizing cost of operations, drilling and blasting cost etc.
· Preparation of Mining plan and Mining Scheme for next few years, developing conceptual mine plan and reviewing its compliance on the ground, site modification etc.
· Hands on knowledge of modern mine Planning and Scheduling software systems.
· Using various techniques to determine the best method of mining & planning.
· Handling Projects starting from identification of potential block, to planning and exploiting the same.
· 'Liaising and negotiating with suppliers , Mining Research Organizations, contractors, clients, shareholders, corporate managers, state and central government agencies.
· Creating effective procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within the area of industrial safety, security and the environment in plant.
· Directing, leadind and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on the job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness.
· Liaison with Govt. authorities in relation with lease matters, ensuring filling of Govt. returns, compliance reports, Notices etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
· Experience with Mining contractor will be an advantage.
· Should be smart, energetic and adaptable in different situations
· Good knowledge on Environmental Laws and their compliance, safety management plan.
· Must have hands on experience in Conducting safety audits & Risk assessment, implementing safety management systems.
· 7+ Yrs (Especially in Coal Mining and extraction)
