Our client is a highly respected engineering and mining construction group with a reputation for delivering major projects throughout Australia and internationally. With a $US5.5 Billion project in FEED stage, they are in need of a Senior Instrument Engineer to work closely with the multidiscipline project team.
This exciting project involves the design and construction of a 750km gas pipeline delivering gas to an LNG Plant at an international port. Associated infrastructure, roads, bridges and additional port facilities will also be a major part of this project.
As an Instrument Engineer you will provide a high level of engineering expertise in relation to instrument and controls design engineering and will demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
· Degree qualification - electrical / instrumentation / controls
· Significant industry experience in the mining / minerals processing industry
· Delivery of I&C engineering design according to required project timeframes
· Preparation and review of I&C man hour and capital cost estimates
· Commitment to training and mentoring of Graduate Electrical & Instrument Engineers
