With your highly honed skills in Underground Mine Surveying in a coal mining environment, you will report to the Senior Surveyor and join a friendly and professional team of Technical Services personnel on site in the heart of [Location].
You will be expected to supply surveying services to this major underground operation and identify areas for improvement of these services. You will be providing information on mine plans, rate of progress and plan records. Your technical knowledge, analytical and excellent communication skills will hold you in good stead for this position.
You will ideally:
· Be a fully qualified Surveyor
· Have worked in a similar position
· Hold safe working practices in the highest regard
· Be an excellent communicator
· Be accustomed to reporting at a strategic level
· Have worked in a team environment
· Be able to work to tight timeframes and targets
