You are an Electrical Tradesperson or Engineer with an exceptional working knowledge within LV and MV (240V-13.8kV) Manufacturing and Switchgear Design. You are seeking a new challenge where you will be truly valued for your skills and abilities. In this position you will be required to assist in the provision of quotations and switchboard drafting for the Mining Industry so your engineering knowledge and switchboard experience will be vital.
Due to a steady increase in business this well established organization requires a Switchboard Estimator / Drafter to assist the Estimating Manager. This is a versatile role with a focus on switchboard design drafting (based around an internal standard), estimation up to $100K and project coordination. You will need exceptional communication skills and computer literacy as this role will see you growing into a successful key player who will be liaising directly with key clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have electrical trade or engineering qualifications. Switchboard knowledge and AutoCAD experience is essential. An understanding or exposure to the Mining (preferably underground) or Metaliferous industry is advantageous.
