Our client, working on world-class projects for clients across Australia and the overseas, has a great reputation in contract mining across a number of exciting projects.
We are looking for Drill Fitters who have previous underground experience and are looking to further develop their careers in an underground mining environment.
The successful candidate will have the following machinery experience:
· Maintenance and breakdown repair of drilling equipment - Tamrock preferred
· Experience with major component overhauls and rebuilds
· Diagnostics skills experience
· Willingness to develop others skills and transfer knowledge
You will ideally have the following qualifications:
· Diesel fitting trade background working on mobile related mining equipment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Prior experience in a breakdown or trouble shooting environment.
