Due to continual growth of our cyclone division [Employer] is seeking to appoint a self motivated and professional individual to undertake all aspects of work in the Fitter/Welder trade, general repairs, and cyclone reporting.
As an experienced Fitter /Welder, you will enjoy the challenge of a highly varied role. Working within Coal Handling Preparation Plants [Location] your role would include maintaining and installation of cyclones, your practical know how and solutions based approach will be central to your success. Flexible in your approach, you will be comfortable juggling priorities and thrive in a small team environment.
Ideally you will have mining or heavy industry experience as well as practical welding expertise with solid practical knowledge of metal fabrication. A willingness to work at heights and in confined space is required, while Hot Tickets would be highly regarded but not essential. Given the nature of the industry, awareness of and adherence to strict OH&S practices is essential.
